How Sandha Rates Work
The system tracks the exact Sandha rate over time. When you change the rate, the previous rate is capped, and the new rate automatically applies to all active, non-exempt families from the effective date forwards. Arrears logic will accurately combine historical rates and current rates to determine exactly how much a family owes.
